MYTH #1:
PREGNANT WOMEN SHOULD EAT TWICE AS MUCH FOOD
Pregnancy is the one time you are encouraged to gain weight. However, this doesn't mean you can eat whatever or whenever. And it doesn't mean you need to eat for two! Eating efficiently and effectively is essential for the health of you and your baby.
MYTH #2: NOTHING HELPS WITH NAUSEA
Morning sickness stinks but it might not be all that bad. Research indicates that morning sickness (which is not always in the morning) may be a sign that the baby is developing well.
MYTH #3: PREGNANCY IS 9 MONTHS OF FATIGUE
